Leading a team of 20 designers

Having been with the company for around 4 years, it’s been a fantastic journey with incredible support along the way.

My next responsibilities:

– Taking a key role in the design and layout of a website, using Figma and developing it in WordPress.
– Working with other teams to meet company-wide targets.
– Responding to reports of technical problems and working with the team to fix them quickly.
– Implementing and maintaining high-quality SEO and CRO policies and incorporating them with web content.
